The candidate will be responsible for P&L ownership, strategy development, sales & operations management, partner ecosystem development, and team leadership.
This role requires deep expertise in cloud solutions (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS), a strong understanding of hyperscalers (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud), and the ability to scale a high-growth cloud business.
Seeking a dynamic and experienced 15+ years of experience in IT/Cloud services with at least 5+ years in a senior leadership role.
Job Description
- Take ownership of the cloud business, ensuring sustainable revenue growth and profitability while aligning with broader organizational goals.
- Develop and implement robust go-to-market strategies, comprehensive expansion plans, and scalable business models to drive cloud services adoption and market penetration.
- Drive digital transformation initiatives for enterprise customers by identifying emerging business needs, crafting tailored solutions, and positioning the company as a leader in cloud transformation.
- Lead and mentor a high-performing cloud sales team to successfully acquire new customers, expand existing accounts, and maintain high customer retention rates.
- Cultivate and maintain strong, strategic relationships with key decision-makers, including CIOs, CTOs, IT Heads, and other executive stakeholders, ensuring long-term partnerships and customer loyalty.
- Partner with hyperscalers like AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud to co-create and execute joint go-to-market strategies, ensuring alignment on technology solutions and driving mutual growth.
- Foster a culture of innovation, accountability, and customer-centricity, ensuring the organization consistently delivers high-quality, innovative solutions that exceed customer expectations.
